The old adage, "It takes a Village" is very evident in Panama as there are always people stepping forward and wanting to help with projects and events.
CHAIR
Shawn Languis
Shawn has lived in Panama for a total of 31 years. He has been on the board for 2 years. His goal to to build an environment in Panama where every individual can prosper and contribute to the collective success of our town
SECRETARY
Jay Nutter
Jay has lived in Panama for over 22 years. He has been a member of this board since 2009. He would like to see a better sense of community, and, find more opportunities where we can all get to know our neighbors.
VICE CHAIR
Sue Krogman
Sue has been on the board for 2 1/2 years and thoroughly enjoys the opportunity. Sue has lived in Panama for 35 years and loves the old fashion "neighbors helping neighbors" attitude of our community. She believes the Foundation is a great way for the community to grow and unite.
DIRECTOR
Gary Wedding
Gary has lived in Panama for 33 years and has lived in the area his entire life. He would like to work on infrastructure improvements and see more town involvement. Gary brings project design and construction experience.
TREASURER
Jeff Filbert
Jeff has an extensive background in finance and accounting. He brings knowledge of book-keeping and management. Jeff has lived in Panama for all of his life.

COMMITTEES
Panama Improvement Group
This group is a special committee within the Foundation. There are multiple people in this group that help make events happen in Panama. Events like Panama Day, Halloween Trunk or Treat, Christmas w/Santa Clause and the Annual Easter Egg Hunt.
Bill has been on this board since its inception in 2008. One of the original members, he has been a part of its history as well as its accomplishments. Bill would like to see the board move forward with actively seeking ways for people to donate, offering either short or long term options.
